Oct.17th - The "Bring a Friend" Chapter Meeting Photos by Rick Reese Jr.       The Meeting  The Guest    Vice President Rick Reese    President Bill Kabel   Paul Prescott opens the "Traveling Trunk"         Registrar Carl Bhame   Shep Hammack  Jack Flipowicz, a student at Fellowship Christian School, raised over $1200 for the new Alpharetta Veterans Memorial by selling BBQ sandwiches from his family's restaurant and donating the proceeds.  Elizabeth Willis, a student at Cambridge High School, organized this year's Cambridge High School "9-11 Never Forget Memorial" with 2996 American Flags. "The flags we set out are not just symbols of our national pride. Each flag represents someone's son, daughter, husband, wife, friend or child. They went to school and to work. They held hands, laughed, cried and changed the lives of those they left behind," she said. "They deserve to be remembered."  New Members        Allen Greenly        |
